Ich hatte online das Buch "Ukulele Übungsbuch für dummies" bestellt. Leider war es mir nicht möglich, die beiliegende CD über meinen CD-Player bzw. die Spielekonsole abzuspielen. Deshalb habe ich einfach mal den Kundenservice des Verlags angeschrieben - und bekam sehr schnell eine Antwort des Publishing Directors aus der Geschäftsstelle in Weinheim.

Dieser entschuldigte sich bei mir dafür, dass es nicht mit der CD klappen will und bat an, die Dateien auf einen USB-Stick zu übertragen und mir zuzusenden.

Was für ein toller Kundenservice! Heutzutage eine Seltenheit. 🙂

Für meine "Wartezeit" habe ich sogar noch ein weiteres Musikbuch zugeschickt bekommen, welches mein Musikspiel noch weiter bereichern wird.

Katastrophale Kundenbetreuung. Die Lieferung von Fachzeitschriften im Abonnement erfolgt gar nicht oder - wenn man Glück hat - mit mehreren Monaten Verspätung 👎

They stop printing important teaching works, such as the encyclopedia of industrial chemistry ullmanns 7th, even when printing on demand, it is no longer possible to find this encyclopedia on both the Wiley website and the Wiley-vch "shop", while this publisher stops selling important works, we can see a large number of new printed works that have no scientific technical importance I do not need to mention here what these works are, I hoped at some point in the future to buy this encyclopedia in printed version unfortunately this publisher is a disappointment, the most interesting of all is that the encyclopedia was sold in printed version since the first edition, that is, more than 100 years ago and now Wiley only offers the online license, I didn't know that books can now only be available online, I live in Brazil and here the publishers still offer the option of both printed and online for almost all didactic works or not, it is a shame for a publisher from a country as developed as Germany not to want to take the trouble to print a work of such importance as this encyclopedia, I sent an email to Wiley customer support months ago asking why they removed the work from the catalog and that I would be interested in purchasing it in the future it is expensive and I am accumulating the money to purchase it and my message has not been responded to until today, size is their interest to a foreign client who just asked a question, they simply don't care.
